The Planning Process: What to Expect

Our wedding planning process begins with a personalized consultation. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your vision, design preferences, budget, and all the key details that will make your day truly special. We encourage you to bring any inspiration—such as photos or mood boards—to help guide the conversation.

Following the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed, itemized estimate via email within three business days. Once reviewed and approved, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit amount is based on the total cost of your wedding florals.

You're welcome to make payments at your convenience leading up to the event. However, final payment is due no later than one month prior to your wedding day. We’ll remain in touch throughout the planning process, making any necessary updates along the way. From there, you can relax—we’ll handle the rest with care and precision.
